PCI PIN Transaction Security (PTS) / Point of Interaction (POI) Review

PCI PIN Transaction Security (PTS) / Point of Interaction (POI) Review

The PCI Point of Interaction (POI) has been introduced to minimize the risk profile inherent in card transactions. The PCI POI Security Requirements contain physical and logical security device requirements for both online and offline PIN entry devices (PED) and secure card readers, as well as device management requirements for activity prior to initial key loading. PCI POI applies to manufacturers that sell PIN pads, terminals with internal PIN pads, and secure card readers. PSC offers a range of designed and readiness services to insure compliance.

PSC can provide additional consulting support for any issues that arise during testing and ongoing compliance.
